What do you do at Braemore Sales?
‘I carry out Property Surveys and Valuations for our sellers, as well as project manage any works to be carried out in preparation of their sale, stage and dress properties ahead of their launch to the open market, carry out property viewings and also negotiate property sales on behalf of the sellers with the buyers and their solicitors.I also am involved in the Marketing Strategies and Social Media accounts with Braemore Sales.‘
What do you enjoy most about working at Braemore Sales?
‘working with our team & making an impact within the Edinburgh market. I also love working on behalf of our clients and meeting the buyers. We get the chance to interact with property sellers & buyers during one of the most memorable moments of their lives: selling their home and/ or purchasing a new home! It’s incredible and such a rush to be a part of.
I also love being involved in the marketing aspect and social media production with Braemore Sales. Getting the chance to be creative with how we can increase our market exposure, generate business for Braemore Sales and also to generate interest with our client’s properties is so much fun.’
What did you do before Braemore?
‘I was a Sales & Marketing Manager for a Solicitor Estate Agent in Edinburgh.’
Where did you grow up?
‘Small town USA: Troy, Texas.’
What kinds of people impacted you growing up?
‘My mom & Dad have been an amazing example of how hard work and love can make all your dreams come through. They are such an inspiration and role model to me. I also have a battle-axe 94 year old Grandma who I am in such awe of. She still travels & drives! And she has such a zest for life.She is who I want to be when I grow up.’
What is your favourite movie?
‘Do movies on the Hallmark Christmas channel count? In the UK, that channel is called Christmas24 – I literally love anything Christmas!’
What is your favourite food?
‘Tex-Mex: cheese enchiladas with queso on top & a side of queso with chips and guacamole.’
What is your favourite quote?

What are the values that drive you?
‘1. Be proud of what you do, always.’

‘I love the Harry Potter series: JK Rowling is an incredible writer.’
‘The Bobby Bones Show Podcast from my university days in Austin, Texas.A few years ago theymoved to Nashville, Tennessee & are now the biggest country music show in America. Listening to them every morning makes me feel like I’m home.’
‘Anything on the wondery podcast channel with shows like: Dirty John & Dr. Death & the Gladiator. I love the True Crime shows.’
How old are the oldest pair of shoes in your closet?
‘Oooo! I have a pair of UGGS in my closet that I’ve had since before I met Scott so around 8+ years (they’re not long for the bin, unfortunately!)’
Can you play a musical instrument? If so, what instrument?
‘I played the flute in my middle school band for 3 years & I can also play about 2 lines of Beethoven’s Fur Elise on the piano.’

What is your favourite cereal?
‘Growing up in Texas, there was an off-brand version of lucky charms at our local grocery store called Malt-O-Meal Marshmallow Mateys and they are awesome! They also come in a huge bag that’s like the size of a small toddler.’
